Note:

• US Department of Defense and USG users point out that you need a third-party CACEnabler program.
• SIM cards are only compatible with Windows. For Mac OS and Linux are not currently supported.
• Our card reader can only act as a bridge. We provide card reader drivers and SIM card editable software, however, we cannot provide smart card drivers and editable software such as bank cards/ID cards. Because it depends on the raw materials or rules of your country and bank. If you need to read them, you need to ask the smart card provider, how to download, install, and use.
• Cannot read ID card. Reason: ID card driver or editable software is not installed, so it cannot be read.
• Cannot read bank card. Reason: Bank card driver or editable software is not installed, so it cannot be read.
